By far the scariest Resident Evil I played. The whole section of the ship is terrifying, you play as Mia with a submachine gun and like 60 bullets which does not last very long and does the least damage possible per shot so you are basically defensless and there are mud creatures almost everywhere, not to mention the atmosphere. The section of the baker house is also very well done and Margaret´s boss fight is just disgusting xD. This is the game that saved the franchise and opened the door for the remakes to shine. This is a must play if you like survival horror games and specially if you are into the RE saga.

The gameplay is very very good. But wanna know the best thing about this game? the animations, the visuals and the graphics are PEAAK PEAK PEAAAKKK. Throwing an ultimate attack just never gets old, the animations look soooo good.

It has some issues here and there but hey, it gets the job done and boosts the performance by an insane amount. If ur gpu does not support frame gen or a game u play does not have built in dlss/fsr, this tool is actually quite useful

This game is...... surprisingly really really good. I'm addicted to gambling already. If this game gets multiplayer, oh boy the amount of sold copies would be insane

This game was peak. The masterpiece before the downfall.

I have 40 hours and of those 40, 20 I did not enjoy playing because the game, being from 2009 and the developers who no longer exist, was running like ass and had like 800 problems. The thing is that someone recently released a mod in Nexus that solves all of the game's problems or at least the vast majority of them. Assuming you have that installed, the game is actually very very very good. I don't know if it's a "masterpiece" but it was ahead of it's time for sure and the gameplay loop is actually pretty good. The story is decent, the voice acting sometimes is not great, can say the same thing for some of the cutscenes but it's still worth checking out. By far the best aspect and the selling point of the game is the gameplay, being an unstopable force of nature that can consume every single living being.
