I saw him in Aldi today. I was in the frozen aisle and I heard soft sobbing coming from behind me. I turned around and there he was, trying to hold it together in front of the discount pizzas. I didn't know what to do. I wanted to reach out and help him, but I was frozen in place. Eventually, he wiped his eyes and walked away, leaving me in stunned silence. It's been hours, but I can't stop thinking about it. I hope he's okay.
