Also Ram speed is limited by what the CPU can handle not Motherboard, wrong XMP settings can cause strange occurrences.

You can only troubleshoot one step at a time. A boot USB with memtestx64 on it will run at basic Bios Level. If that reboots mid check, you have a PSU problem.

I removed a stick of ram and things were working fine for a bit, that was 3 days ago though

1st thing to do when installing new memory without a compatibility list check or with it, is memtestx64, 8 passes, overnight. Either Ram setup (Bios) or Ram itself can be faulty.
