The hype they built around this game at the beginning should have been enough to kill it once the abysmal release came out. Taking YEARS to fix a game you claimed to be revolutionary, only to make it somewhat decent? And the amount of people who defend it? but then again, ♥♥♥♥ does attract flies, so i'm not really that surprised. CDPR's next game needs to deliver. Otherwise they'll just be another EA/Ubisoft.

Fatshark is primarily owned by TENCENT, an absolutely abysmal company dedicated to collecting data first, and game development second. Avoid this at all costs.

Combat is sub par all around (especially ship combat), the enemy AI is very poor. Most of the game isn't really "exploration" its just a loading screen simulator with a lot of small areas in between. Story is decent and i like the ship building but there isn't a lot of variety. Definitely not worth $70 currently. Will come back in a few months to see if its actually gets better.

Same cut and paste game since Farcry 3. Only this time with a garbage story line.

Meh.

The developers really dropped the ball on the AI/special spawn rate, enemy damage and so many other areas. the RNG is so broad to the point where it becomes pure luck if you're going make it through the level. Too many speed runners too, they always end wiping the whole party because they trigger everything and leave us in the dust. THIS IS NOT WORTH YOUR $60. I'd pay maybe 10 for what it is right now.

EDIT: DO. NOT. BUY. THIS GAME. Devs are absolutely going down the same path as evolve. They dont listen to the community and the discord just bans anyone who isnt a die-hard TRS fanboy.
