This is one of THE best economy simulator games I've ever played. IMHO. You can tell they put a lot of time into the scenario stories. The amount of game play details is fantastic. Bribing cops, bribing politicians, researching strains, the right nutrition and environment for different strains, hiring employees with different skills, relationships with cops and politicians. The game is a steal at the price

If you took all the Greek gods and other popular figures and put them together in a lunch cafeteria, that's what this game feels like. XD

It's cooky, casual, and perfectly dramatic in ways that are extremely relatable and fun to explore over and over again. And the best part is that the NPCs remember your actions and then react in a way that feels natural and rewarding and pushes the narrative in directions that are STILL surprising me after hundreds of hours of gameplay.

14/10, would recommend to anyone on a quest for fun.

I love the concept and the art style of the game, It also has a Wasteland vibe to it which I appreciate. After this bit of novelty the game falls apart. Game feels tediously slow, and remaining objectives can be unclear.

In addition game play is much more linear than the open world sandbox as advertised. You are free to make your own choices you will simply be progression locked for it if you try to strike out on your own vs. follow the main story line.

Poor Blake, all the things that happend to you wouldn't survive just anybody.

Totally crazy and cool horror game. Scary and bloody enough, graphics was excellent as all the visuals, I totally enjoyed whole run from the start to the end, story was satisfying. Sometimes kinda annoying moments as enemies knew just everything, saw you everywhere but I can live with that, challenge is always welcome. Little bit better than Outlast 1 in my opinion, afterall both Outlasts are like the top horror games you can play so far. For horror nuts its a must buy.

Well made Red Barrels! 10/10

Looking forward for next Outlast. :)

Do I recommend this game? Yes and No.

Recommending this game depends on you. If you are new to the series,
this is a good game. If you are a veteran to the series, then...
it depends on your preferences. For me; this game has some pretty
dissapointing features, and I'm a veteran to the series. I like
certain things but hate others.New folks: This is a fun, mature stealth game. Digging around for
loot is actually useful because vendors sell useful things like
gear and upgrades. The atmosphere has elements of Dishonored to
it, and if you liked Dishonored, you'll either like what they have
in common, or you'll be turned off by that for some reason. Stealth
is not frustrating, and quicksaves come in handy.Vets: This game is to the Thief series as a knockoff NES system is
vs the real thing. The things they've added and taken away kill the
soul that the Thief series had. Cursing vs Taffing, computer boobies,
no innuendos or trademark comedic characters, none of the fantastical
enemies from the otehr games. What I don't get is how someone thinks
adding nudity and cursing to a game adds a modern element? From playing
through all the other games, seeing this change sticks out like a sore
thumb.Changes that have been made to this game have lobotomized what
could have been a masterpiece. All those complaints aside, the absolute
most dissapointing feature of this game is the fact that I can't share
it with my kids. If, by some miracle, I could get my kids into the
original Thief games, this one is out the window and in the trash.
There you have it. Veteran opinion aside; this is a good game that
gets points knocked off for unnecessary elements that stick out to
me personally. If you read what I wrote, you can determine for
yourself if what bothers me bothers you. The gameplay and environments
are great for what feels like a bad Chinese knock off claiming to
be something it's not: a game that has any relation to the one
started by Looking Glass Studios.

If you are looking for a couch co-op game, this is pretty amazing.
(It has controller support and dynamic split screen depending on whether you are closely together or not)

The game has nice voice acting, great writing , lots of humor, vibrant colors, a quest system which is not really a quest system (you come across events/objects/people which push forward your quest log. There are multiple ways to stumble upon a quest. It is a not a questgiver/dostuff/goback kinda system). The co-op system also allows you to "argue" with your team mate over plot points/decisions, which you can then fight out with rock/paper/siccors influenced by your stats.

It has a nice and flexible turn-based combat system which allows you to use the environment to your advantage (water, electricity ,steam, lava, etc).
Probably my favourite talent in the game is "Pet Pal", which allows you to talk with animals which is surprisingly hilarious and helpful....

The best way to describe this game is that it is like you are playing a D&D campaign where there is a DM in the background pushing you along the story, but also giving you the freedom to approach it however you like and to discover all kinds of things around the towns/areas.

A great addition to the Shadowrun series. It improves on the existing systems, adds new weapons and cyberware and has an interresting story.

The story is more personal this time around. You have a semi-set backstory and relationship to some of the characters. The added bonus campaign continues after the main story and wraps up a few loose ends.

The matrix system has been changed. You are no longer in combat the moment enemy IC shows up. Instead it works as a real time stealth game until you get spotted and have to kill all IC in the area. Getting spotted enough will raise the alarm, which happens a lot faster and is a lot harsher than in the previous system. It can feel kind of wonky since the isometric view and movement was not originally meant for this kind of gameplay.

If you are unfamilliar with the series
Be warned that it involves a lot of reading. The story is mainly told through conversations and descriptive text. Rather than an animated cutscene, you will often read stuff like "he looks at you menacingly and steps closer". There is no voice acting.

The upside to this is it allows for a lot more "fluff" answers, where you decide how your character responds to stuff and sometimes what happened in the past. There are also a lot of conversation skill checks, meaning a straight up combat character build is not necessarily the best option. You level by completing objectives rather than killing enemies, so there really is no downside to avoiding a fight by passing these skill checks.

Combat is turn based and works well. You need to manage your cover, buffs, healing and so on. If you bring a diverse team it's not too difficult.

Been playing this game and following along with development since it was still just one Act with a handful of heroes. I get so excited with every new update, from new heroes to reworked cards to new systems altogether. Even at its current state, there's so much to enjoy. I love trying out new hero builds & combinations, though I do tend to play Naran almost every time, cause I just enjoy her gameplay styles the most. The art is beautiful, and the story is engaging. If I'm waiting for anything, it's more character relationship depth; the current synergy systems are nice, but I hope to see it more developed!

So much love for this game, and I fully recommend it to anyone who enjoys turn-based RPGs and rogue-like card games. Definitely one of my favourite gems on Steam in the last few years!

The bad reviews are all out-dated: This game is great!

If you're a diehard afn of HoMM 3 you're going to love 7. It has many of the classic elements of 3 but with better graphics.

The bugs and glitches people have complained about have since been patched out. In addition, there is an Unofficial Community Patch which resolves all the other problems Ubisoft hadn't addressed. It adds unit diversity through unique abilities, failed procs are fixed, and I have had no issue with hosting multiplayer with friends.

Best of all, in online Multiplayer you can have SIMULATENOUS TURNS! That's right, no more waiting around hotseat fashion for your friends to finish their turn, human players now take their turns simultaneously! That by itself made it worth the purchase of an extra copy for my gf who is still learning the game.

Do yourself a favor, buy the game. Download the Unofficial Community Patch (installation is stupid easy) and start enjoying yourself. You deserve it.
