It is pretty much undying at this point and it's one of the most Played/Streamed games in the world ever since 2012 and nowadays still gets around 20 million monthly players.
There are still plenty of bug fixes, new maps, new cases, and new patches and sometimes new weapons released.
Contrary to other AAA FPS games such as Overwatch Or Rainbow Six The ranking system uses ELO where you get points from each games and know when you're going to rank up but in CS:GO it is sort of a suprise each time and it's as enjoyable and satisfying every single time.
