Horrible controls, horrible writing, horrible gameplay, horrible collectables, horrible everything.

The original game was right there, could have been some much more but it was nearly perfect, only for the new devs or whoever the ♥♥♥♥ made this to ♥♥♥♥ on it's head and start all over. The most "♥♥♥♥ you!" sounding fart the original game's playerbase had ever heard in they're whole ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ life.

Funny thing is, the game doesn't even work properly. The servers were shut down, dragging down a bunch of the game's features with them. Not even the achievements work, and some of them are now unobtainable because of the servers being shut down.

And just as if it wasn't ♥♥♥♥♥♥ enough, EA (Egotistical ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥) forces some stupid sketchy "launcher" that's supposed to automatically update EA's games, save game progress, and achievements. That obviously is not true because Steam already does that and it's literally better than anything these ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ had ever done in the entire company's history. AND YOU CAN'T EVEN PLAY THE GAME WITHOUT THIS DAMN LAUNCHER. I tried to unninstal the program but the game doesn't even boot up without this stupid launcher. IT'S NOT ENOUGH FOR ME TO PAY 120 ON THIS FAILED MIRROR'S EDGE RIP OFF (I will never accept this as an official Mirror's Edge game) BUT YOU GUYS WANT MY ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ PERSONAL INFORMATION TOO? FOR WHAT? SO YOU ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ CAN SELL IT TO ADVERTISEMENT COMPANIES TO MAKE SOME EXTRA CASH SELLING YOU'RE ♥♥♥♥♥♥ GAMES MADE BY YOUR ♥♥♥♥♥♥ STUDIOS!

Bendy and The Ink Machine was massive part of my childhood, and when I bought it on Steam I really thought I would have an amazing time. But I didn't.

This game has a lot of issues, and since they are pretty much everywhere on it, I will be separating them in categories. I really, really love this game because of how much it means to me due to nostalgia and the good memories I have of it, so the first really serious review on mine on Steam being a negative one for this game breaks my heart. I even have an official Sammy Lawrence plushie from years ago, hopefully he won't attempt to murder me after this. Here we go.

1. Saving System: I lost my save files 3 times before actually completing the game. They get corrupted so easy, it's ridiculous.

2. Gameplay: This game is filled with techniques used to make the game slower and "longer" so that the player have to spend more time on it then they normally should. The walking speed is absurdly small, and in Chapter 3, you're forced to traverse through multiple levels doing tedious chores without running, or else you will "make to much noise and attract the Ink Demon". The combat system is super clunky and annoying, the puzzles are too easy and the jumpscares are repetitive.

3. Graphics: The graphics and visual effects in this game are beautiful, but this is not the problem. this game is horribly optimized and won't run really well in my computer. Yes, my computer is already a little old, but it's not close to bad or inefficient at all (I have aa NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1650, an Intel Core i5 and 60 Refresh Rate), I can run many modern games without any problems in this computer. Now here's the problem, this game's graphics rely heavily on visual and optical effects, which make the FPS drop significantly. I've seen a lot of people with better setups complaining about this on forums, so I know I'm not the only one.

I really love this game, and I will always be grateful for the good memories of watching youtubers playing it, making theories, watching the teasers. Unfortunately, it's not that much of a great game in the end.

If you don't play this game, then you're not gay... but is heterosexuality really worth it?

The game is pretty good in many aspects, not to mention it's inovative, fun and unique gameplay. The only bad thing about this game is the stupid, clunky combat system.

One of the best gaming experiences I've ever had in my life. (Does not include Chapter 3.)

Vandalism, elder abuse and bullying children. All of my favorite things in a single game. Honk.
