6 years and it still fills me with joy. I played over 600 hours of this game on the microsoft store, and it has been an incredible experience so far to replay one of my all time favorite games again on steam. This game is phenomenal. You will not regret the experience, make sure to pick up this amazing game before it is delisted.

I have had a lot of fun in this game, and I had hopes that it would improve because it has some great bones. But I cannot recommend this game anymore. There are still performance issues, graphical bugs, game play bugs (many of which basically break parts of the game), and still no official mod support. Each week CO puts out a message saying they need more time, and that we are the ones playing their game wrong, they made it fine. The new dlc is just the nail in the coffin for me. I perhaps should have lost hope sooner, but it's basically all gone now. Maybe someday this game can be the great game it deserves to be, but I just cannot recommend it at all. Please play cities skylines 1, it is phenomenal.
