Q: How does the Bot.tf scammer alt whitelist work?
Q: Why is my high value trade still not accepted?
A: In order to comply with the rules at backpack.tf (https://forums.backpack.tf/topic/29027-rules-for-background-checks/) regarding not trading with any obvious scammer alts, I have implemented a whitelist for users that we know for sure they are not alternative accounts of scammers. It works like this:

1. You send a trade to a bot that is high value (usually this means 15+ keys, this threshold is configurable by the bot owner, so in some cases it may even mean 7+ keys).
2. The trade is held for manual review by the bot owner, but is also submitted to the volunteer Detectives at Bot.tf. Note: private profiles will always get declined with high value trades)
3. The Detectives run manual background checks on you.
4. If we know for sure you are not a scammer alt, you will be whitelisted and any future trades will not be held for manual review anymore. If we don't know for sure, nothing happens and the same steps apply for any future trades. Naturally, you will be banned if you are an obvious scammer alt.
5. If the trade is still pending, the trade will be accepted or declined depending on whether you've been whitelisted or blacklisted. In any other case it'll await the bot owner's decision

If you send an offer (includes UNUSUAL HAT but the bot automatic declined and say something like (The value on the user's side of the trade is X keys, and the value on the bot's side is Y keys. These two values must be equal.) FEEL FREE TO ADD MY OWNER TO DISCUSS (it's a bug about my item-banking)
