I have issue with hebrew version, since it doesnt let me type on the right side i cant add it so theres nothing i can do, read the desctption to be accept with the reason

ENGLISH
1. If you're under 13, I won't accept your friend request
2. Profiles with suspicious descriptions (e.g., "I'm a 3D artist," "Sorry for reporting you") will be blacklisted.
3. Repeated friend requests (over 3 times) after rejection and being told to stop will lead to a permanent block. This applies to rule 2 violations as well.
4. Playful banter is okay, but if you take jokes very seriously, I'll temporarily unfriend you for 4 weeks. Repeating this results in progressively longer temporary unfriendships
5. Account Hijacking/Scamming Attempts to hack my account or scam me will result in being blacklisted and reported
6. Im not playing with some cheaters because its liteally unfair
7. If you got VAC Ban while your steam level is under 11 then i wont accept you, even if you rank up I still dont accept your friend request
8. Make Sure you type in english or hebrew version on game, in steam chat you can speak whatever you want but i will have to use translate app for that but in game you need to speak english (or hebrew if thats supported)
9. Do not Post these contents, doing so will be in blacklisted, here some of them which i dont like: Slur, Edge Topic/Base (e.g., Example: USSR, Terrorist Groups)
10. If you start doxxing me i will block you and Report you
11. Dont Send me some Links that can leak, add virus or do something harm to me
12. Countires Friend, Theres small countries i cant accept, there is a reason that i give you, i wont ask in chat so to find whats the reason then scroll all the down below
13. After youre finished reading it, You must give a Reason Why Would i will accept to be your friend in Steam

Windows Vrsion: 10 23H2 (Cannot download windows 11 because microsoft mininum CPU support is 8th gen)
Screen: 1080p 60hz
Made: HP OWEN
Equivalent Console: Xbox One S (with some improvement)
Graphics Quality: Optimzed Ultra Peformance Mode

Known Issue: When playing games your screen will get vsync isues, windows cannot update to windows 11 because the intel requires 8th gen

Known Issue: ASUS Recommend Power Plan is Missing, Overheating when playing a game that uses GPU instead of CPU (ex: Cyberpunk 2077, Counter-Strike 2, Modern Warfare III, etc)
