当知道亚瑟得了肺结核的时候，就不再猎杀动物了。去商店总是给亚瑟买最贵的食物，换最贵的枪械装饰，用最好的药剂，穿最贵的服饰和马具，偶尔还去旅馆洗个热水澡，舍不得亚瑟。
