Trying to get a good game is like trying to find a good chocolate in a box of rotten ones. I either get:
-Cheaters who spawn monsters in the home zone,because the game has no anti cheat of any sort
-People who I cant understand because I dont speak their language or they dont speak mine
-Trolls
-Kids
They added kick button,but finding the correct guy to kick is hard when all you given is steam names when everyone in the game uses screen faces.

Also sometimes the enemies spawn on top of you.Fun!

Oh and also:SOmetimes items you buy dont spawn.Have fun doing a run with no items!

Oh and also also:Snatcho can grab you trough walls.I lost a run where I got grabed TROUGH THE FLOOR I WAS STANDING TO THE BOTTOM OF IT.What a great balanced and well polished game!.

And to add onto this:The new update Finaly added kick button,at the cost of making finding lobby literaly imposible and the only way to leave the game once stuck in the finding lobby screen is to do alt+F4.Its like the devs suck at making multiplayer games.

Until the devs add some options for better hosting and fix the unintentional jank,my review is staying negative.
