Combine the dynamics of the greatest city building game to date with an amazing, almost endless workshop-full of assets and mods, and you have a 5-star game. I bought this game 2 years ago. Played off and on, then I started watching some videos and got a broader understanding of what this game is truly capable of. Now I find myself looking around my own city as I drive through it and picture how I could re-create it myself. I just learned to use the terrain.party mod which allows you to pick any grid on the entire globe, and it will re-create the terrain, allowing you to make your favorite city look as real as ever!

I love baseball. Ain't afraid to admit it, neither! Why, back in MY day, I played baseball games at the arcade... VS Baseball. Ate many of my hard grifted quarters. Bases Loaded on the NES. That's when a television weighed 300 lbs, dammit! I've been witness to the evolution of simulated baseball.

Back to the task at hand....SMB2
I equate this game to McDonalds. In the sense that I know exactly what I'm going to get, and I seem to like it, because I end up going back again and again, even though it'll likely be a factor in my early demise.

Despite the lack of career mode (which really doesn't bother me much), this game is quite dynamic. Everything is customizable. So you could create amazing clean-up hitters like Amanda Hugginkiss. Or a dominant closer, such as Hugh Jasole. It's Arcade style baseball at it's best. I wasn't looking for a realistic sim that takes 90 minutes to play. I wanted a quick, fun, as-close-to-realistic stats and physics as possible game.....and I got it.

I love developers who improve to this degree, as SMB1 was pretty bare bones, and much more cartoonish.
