so, the Devs have been doing well with at least working on banning players who are in breach of the rules over the past few months, but as of TODAY they began banning for Team killing, and well, they dont seem to actually look at the match from when the report was made? since i have only ever team killed to protect myself and or teammates, with the occasionally unavoidable team kill with missiles re targeting onto friendly. and well i was banned? and as a quote from the ban message "our support team will not be able to help"

it feels like they only look at the amount of reports that are placed against the user for team killing, and well, they have stated that mass false reporting wont be a bannable offence so it is going to be very easy to get people you dont like wrongly banned

so until they either fix the issues with team killing in Air matches at the start or rethink how they look at reports id avoid air all together


so this game still hasn't really improved one bit, you still will need to pay for premium to really make money/progress in the game, and now even if you do buy things like the battle pass, you will be getting less then what you should! going from 3 vehicles each time to now 2. as well as the rampant disregard for anything that isnt toptier anymore as there are many badly balanced vehicles at lower tiers that will never be fixed.

and still all the promises of fixes are not being brought in, all the tiny economy changes have barley changed anything positively in the game what so ever.


ive been playing this game for years now, and i have had my fair share of fun with it, but over the past 2-3 years the game has been on a steady down hill with each major update, sure the game play is fun most of the time and its amazing fun with friends, the way the game works takes away from that fun, like if you just want to mess around with friends, while still playing the game properly, you are punished, because if you dont get enough kills with some vehicles and die, you will loose the in game currency, wich is a stupid way to make a game, as you should never loose progress, the lowest amount of anything you should earn in a match, is 0 not -22000

then there is the addition of so many overpriced premiums, and i understand that if they where cheaper they would be even more annoying to face, but they are expensive, and under tiered, so people just buy a winning vehicle and ruin a whole BR bracket, meaning that no one has any fun

and then the economy, one of the worst ones ive ever seen in any game ever, the devs just keep on taking away how much silver lions (the currency) you can make, while simultaneously increasing the cost to repair vehicles as a way to "balance" them, wich is a stupid idea, as that means all the people who do well with it, and are the reason a vehicle repair cost is upped, wont be affected much, while all the casual players suffer and cant play that vehicle any more.

and finaly, the grind, i get that you shouldnt get all the vehicles at the start of a game, and you have to work your way up, but as ive said, ive been playing this game for years, and have over 1600 hours in it, and im only just barley reaching the top of one country, 1600 hours, and only just at the top, that is absolutely stupid it should take, maybe at most 200-300 hours to get to the top of one country, not over 1600, the grind just keeps getting worse and worse and slower and slower as you go up

in conclusion, if you just want to play for WWII vehicles, go ahead, its not too bad till you get to late war stuff, but if you want modern and cold war ♥♥♥♥, just go find a different game, war thunder has ruined that area of vehicles with too many cash-grabs and completely stupid balancing decisions.
