based tool to make your own games, occasionally learn more coding skills, and game development, aswell as alot of extensions to help you improve further like apollo (lua support extension for GMS) and python extension, aswell as many others, i recommend you use this engine if you want to make great 2d games, i dont have knowledge on how to do 3D, but im assuming its probably a bit harder but you get to learn it.)

i would ABSOLUTELY recommend this gorgeous masterpiece.
the art, the music, the gameplay, everything just clicks in with me, ever since the game first came out ive been playing it since and p ranked the game 3 times now and did 101 3 times, ive also did the lap 3 mod which i recommend you check out for it, its a good challenge for those who want challenge, and i also recommend you check an online multiplayer mod called pizza tower united if you want to play this with your firends, races and escaping from pizzaface and so on...the devs of this game AND the modding community are the best.
