First uninstall all the mods relating to this current subject matter, such as, any and all weapon performance mods. Than install the "Additional Weapon Performance Overhaul (Insane)" mod plus each of the Individual insane weapon mods, of which are located in the Collection above the description of the "Additional Weapon Performance Overhaul (Insane)" mod page. Basically if it's not in the collection than uninstall it as it causes conflict.
