Tour of duty redux mod will run imtrying to get it going for a match . you just ned a copy of half life 1 for 10$ and download TOD redux mod and it should work, it did for me at least, shrikebot cant support the new HL so if you have an OG copy i heard it will still run the bots.
I spent quite a bit of free time on TOD bots years back I wish I could see the hard work other people put into it after I was gone
