This game brought me joy, anger, and tears.
The story gripping as well as the context. I like the character bonds. The way they manage to force you to like a character within a few minutes is actually fascinating.
Building your own character is I think for most of us the best part in this game if not the only good part.
Don't get me wrong but you kinda knew how the story would end at the start based of your personality.
I mean are you a collector - diff. ending
Do you not care at all - diff. ending
The exploration was kinda meh. Since it happened to me a lot that i fought with enemies multiple times only to get to a chest that gives me a well... ♥♥♥♥♥♥ Blood Veil to sell..
I personaly played this game without a companion since I thought it was too easy.
The implimentation of various skills and Blood Types allowed me to try multiple fight variants in harder bossfights.
(For example- My venom build has helpful on some bosses but for others I actualy had to think of a new build to defeat them-)
If the Mechanics are learned properly it is not hard to finish it ''solo''.
But I like the idea of not being stuck in a boss fight if needed .
The graphics are friendly especially for people with emotions to anime (including me).
So in conclusion -

Yes I do recommend it for players who are into souls like games and are trying to find a satisfaction for their soul .
Although if you rage a lot and you are not patient . Dont even think about it ...

If i compare this part of the trilogy to the others...
I don't really feel like playing a new game. sure the story is new but the characters mostly just ''repeat'' themselves as well as the mechanics. I mean shouldnt it be atleast a bit new since it was the end of the trilogy ?
If I do not compare it to the others...
this game is on a different level. Graphics are breathtaking . Story is gripping. Lara can still survive a 50 m fall , but the enemies don't survive a 2 m fall . So everything is correct.

Now overall
Overall this game has new tombs .New explorations. A bigger and widder area to collect things. This game itself is very inforamtive. ( When you read documents and monoliths you get the know the true religion of the incas and other natioons which are fascinating and i still remember some facts about them.)
The underwater exploration is also on a next level. With fish enemies underwater and the pressure of needing air just keeps the player in constant anxiety.

Yes I would recommend this game to those who like exploring games,a bit of puzzles, fighting and a bit of history telling.
But to those who want to play this game purely out of context to end this trilogy... I dont think its worth the money.

I must say this game overall is a surprise for me , I've played every Metal Gear so far and this adds a lot of depth in the story as well as the backstory on characters. Love the mechanics , environment and story line cuz it actually makes sense (if you played the previous part ) although I am affraid that we won't see any continuing on our beloved Snake because Konami is .... well falling appart.

This game is full of breathtaking scenes, amazing story, atmosphere between the characters is amazing. Monsters are full of detail, each one is special. Quest making never gets boring.
Lots of other activities besides questing.
Roach is the most funnies companion you could ever have (change my opinion)!
The DLC's bring new features into the game that makes it more challenging and exciting to play.
Worth every cent!
After 1100 h on different platforms still not boring and I am still able to find new things that I wasnt able to find in the playthrough before that.
Worth playing, worth puting many hours into this!
