The good:
+ Fun game
+ Amazing if you have friends that do/don't have VR
+ Not too easy but not very hard either (I do wish the NPCs were better)
The Bad:
- BIGGEST NEGATIVE: With an RTX 4090, I get FPS drops from 90 to 60 every 5 seconds, which is giving me motion sickness, hence I can't play more than an hour a day.
- Game gets updated once in a blue moon
- There is a lot of promised content which had yet to come (I will update this if it changes)
- I will say it again, game is somehow very laggy for what it is
- Although mentioned as fixed, in VR, you get stuck in the doors
- My hand gets stuck in the wall from time to time

TL:DR Fun game but for VR it's laggy, especially if you have a high-end PC

If you are looking for a chill game which anyone can master pretty easily, this is the game for you.

I find myself coming back to this game more often than any other game (example Minecraft).
It has been the game that has destroyed so many of my friendships, as well as made me replay the story multiple times.
If you a a mean person, with a broken sense of humor (broken based on today's standards) and have no friends, the singleplayer is PERFECT for you!
if you do have friends and wanna get rid of them, this game is also great for you!
If you want to forget about reality and you have too much free time on your hands, speedrunning the singleplayer is for you!

It's an amazing game but it lacks a tutorial which would help new players.

It isn't that horror as I thought but it still can catch you off guard. It's a great game to play with your fiends or just to meet new people. The community is friendly (so far). The game has some bugs but they do not influence too much the gameplay(except when you can get on top of tabes and the ghost can't kill you) and they are actually quite fun ^^.

At the beggining it was a good game but PLEASE DO NOT BUY IT. Rockstar are milking this game. Full of bad people. Bad missions. Expensive stuff, full of hackers, bad DLCs.

it might look like a cool game (and it is) but not for this price. It still has lots of bugs and the developers are working at DLC that you have to buy....so even more money to spent. (yes, some might say that you don't have to buy the DLC because it's enough for one person to have it but I disagree).
