After a hiatus from the genre, I can say this game brought me back to RPGs.

The plot is great—many games nowadays forget about the journey, but with this title, you're in for one hell of a ride. The mechanics are fantastic; they just clicked for me. They're very approachable compared to other titles, yet they offer the ability to expand. The companions design is excellent; you really feel like you develop relationships with them, for better or worse.

Visually, it’s stunning—what more can I say? But for me, I tend to prioritize the content over visuals. I’m still a sucker for my retro games and their charm, but this game does look amazing.

The bottom line is, sometimes after purchasing a game, you feel a bit robbed. But with this one, I can say every minute was worth every penny.

I'm shocked they haven't got sued yet.

Now look at the foreign positive reviews and look at their profile you'll see a nice red message on the right that should give you an idea on the state of the game...

Early Access Review
This was my first war "90", played 220h so far and I can honestly say this game has so much to offer, from the environment and the different roles you can play anyone can have an impact on the war effort.
it's a shame because Foxhole does have a big cheating/community problem that has to be addressed from alt sabotage, multiboxing, etc. Just took me this one war to experience it.

I've seen so many public stashes just get obliterated, Logi trucks and Tanks drove into enemy territories truly depressing...
Known cheaters like the "The Pirate King" are allowed to still be around including clans like 82DK, Warden Navy I do not believe they're all doing it but they do have folks within their ranks bragging openly about it.

I've truly enjoyed my time so far on the game and can see the huge potential it has but there's a major lack of community management.

I've wanted to finish this game for a few years now. Played half of it on the 360 version which some of you might remember was an unplayable mess... so here we are almost a decade later.

The atmosphere and story of "The Wolf Among Us" is unmatched by most games of today. The mix between a story driven by your own choices and the artwork makes it a captivating playthrough. I personally see this game as a convenient "filler". I say this because it's not a challenging game, there are no set "goals". You're in the backseat, going through the motion making decisions to your best ability and, letting the story different paths emerge. I do still have a "beef" with the game tho.

I got multiple times the "choice is blank" bug that was infuriating. I consider myself somewhat patient and it almost made me stop playing as it happened at least a dozen times. The player has to either restart the game or reload the checkpoint when that bug happens.

Pros:
  • Good 7-8h of content
  • Captivating
  • Easy to approach
  • Great atmosphere and design

Cons:
  • still has some serious bugs

Final thought:
If you played the other telltale games like the Walking dead's you'll enjoy this.
I got this game on sale for 5 bucks, can't really complain there but I wouldn't pay $20 with the bugs it still has.

Personally, I give the game a solid 8/10.

Great game and community it got something for everyone not a competitive player ? this game got you endless pve to accomplish. You don't have friends to play with ? Bungie made a portal "LFG" to help you find player to accomplish your task with :) give it a try can't go wrong.

UPDATE:
I left the game a few weeks after the release of Trials, right at the beginning of Covid. I had been playing for years, accumulating around 3,000 hours alone between the game's launch on Steam (Shadowkeep) and May of that year, and thousands more on Battlenet before that. The developers essentially ruined the game, and it deeply saddens me. I have decided that I will no longer spend any money on Bungie or any of their other titles "Marathon".

I will always treasure the memories I made in Destiny 1 and Destiny 2, as they are some of my best gaming experiences. However, too many opportunities and hopes have been dashed. When dealing with a studio like Bungie, it's important to respect the time you have invested and know when to say no.
