I celebrate myself, and sing myself,

all I say to you, as appropriate, for every atom belonging to me,

also belongs to you.And invite my soul with me around,

I bow down, leisurely observation of a piece of summer grass.

My tongue, every atom of my blood, are from this earth, the air,

I grow up here, my parents grow here, their parents also grow here,

I am now thirty-seven years old, the body is healthy,
