I could write pages of praise for this game, but whats the point?

Just play it yourself and experience it first hand.

Every time I press left click, there isa roughly 20% chance that the input does not register along any following inputs for roughly a second.
I have already encountered this issue years ago and despite the developers ability to publish DLCs, they have not been "able" to fix it to this day.
Other people are complaining about this bug aswell.
For a twitch shooter type game, this is really bad.

Besides this game ruining bug, the game is quite well polished, although the graphics are an aquired taste and the ost is very monotonous, just like the levels, enemies and overal gameplay.
No fancy movement or weapon mechanics like in Ultrakill or Dusk.
If you want a mindless, no stress experience, its honestly pretty chill, although higher expectations dissapoint.

Difficulty wise, the game is thanks to the lack of aforementioned depth very, very easy and will hardly frustrate on even the "hard" difficulty.
If thats a good or bad thing is up to interpretation, though I suppose that it makes this game a very good twitch shooter for beginners or very old people.

Well, it would be if that game breaking bug did not exist.
I cannot stress enough how prevalent and irritating it is.

An extremely fun and addictive game, ruined by an extremely toxic playerbase and heavily unbalanced and oftentimes unfair gameplay as well as a development team known for its habit to ignore community input and do basically nothing.

Everytime I play this game I hope for fun, just to have any fun drained out of me in the matter of minutes.
Combine this with expensive microtransactions in a game that already costs money, aswell as gameplay mechanics and characters locked behind a paywall, turning this game essentially in a pay-to-win game and I can really just advice you to stay far away from it.
Of the 24 games I had in the last 3 days, 8 where utterly unplayable due to every single other player beeing toxic and abusive.
Really, stay away from this game, it is not worth your money.

I used to like this game and the developers, but with all the dlc crap they can honestly go ♥♥♥♥ themselves. I don't recommend this game anymore, espicially considering that with the dlcs the price of this game doubled and they just keep pumping new ones out. It really seems they are going full EA mode, so please don't do my mistake and waste your money on this wreck, there are alternatives anyways.

To make mod support easier!
Then why dont they make it optional for those who perceive issues?
Because they likely struck a deal of sorts to profit off of their customer base.
Keen has shown with their DLC policy that they are extremely greedy and dont even shy away from implementing pay-to-win features.
Likely the service, Mod.IO makes money by collecting your data aand selling them to other spying companies, while Keen Software makes some of the profit.

Stay away from this game as much as you can.

Is this game still beeing worked on? I heard this game got bribed to become an Epic Game Store (aka ♥♥♥♥♥♥ steam bootleg exclusive= so I guess this game is lost like the others.

Game was good until Paradox came and ruined it, like all the other titles. Cannot wait for this to turn into a DLC hellhole.
