If you are banned and believe the ban to be false.

Contact support, You will need to create a support account and make a ticket.

Tell support what happened and when and any information you believe may help.

When you played, what you played, when you were online last.

Your security system eg. Norton

Any Viruses you may have had.

Any game mods you used.


Once you have created a ticket be patient, as if it is a false postive thousands of others have also contacted support.

See if there is a thread about the subject already before creating a new thread on the same subject.

ALSO to all of you out there that are ready to call someone a cheat/lowlife and not help because they have a ban on record. Please consider that it may be you posting here because of a false ban.
