Simply not my cup of tea. Gets easily boring due to its very repetitive nature. Other first person shooters are fun, because you have multiplayer versus human players, while this thing is all about you and bots vs bots in single player, or you and players versus bots in multiplayer. Maybe if this game had pvp where human players are split in two teams, one team the bank robbers, the other team the swat, it could have been somewhat interesting. This way, it simply doesn't cut it. Not to mention unnecessarily detalied and complex micromanaging, which goes something like this: kill the guard, grab the bag, put his corpse in a bag, take his corpse, dispose of it somewhere, grab another bag, repeat. If those micromanaging things had been more cinematic where bots do it instead of you whole the time, while you do more shooting with some lesser micromanaging tasks, I could have enjoyed it more. Aiming and shooting feels awkward, and weapons are inaccurate most of the time. It is much different than the other first person shooters like Tactical Ops, Counter Strike, Call Of Duty and Medal Of Honor series, where you have the freedom to take your combat approach. Here it's all about robbing the buildings, using your limited resources to fight the police, doing tons of micromanaging, doing the shooting in between, grabing the loot, then repeat the whole thing over and over again.
