Hey man you're going to want to change your password ASAP, unfortunately you've been phished and subsequently hacked by clicking on and signing in with a fake steam login. This likely happened when you answered someone's request to "vote for my team". I would recommend changing your password on multiple services if you use the same one for them as you do for steam. especially your email password as a compromised email would allow a hacker access to any and all associated accounts. Best of luck and sorry that you have to deal with this.
