Okay guys, here's my honest review after 1200+ played hours.

Rainbow Six Siege is a great game for FPS players who want more than just pressing W, left click and reload.

It is a game of shooting skills AND strategy. Pure aim instinct and perfect wrist flicks won't get you too far in the game if there is a lack of strategy in your team. Of course if your aim is excellent you may get a few nice headshots and another few reports for being a cheater, but it won't necessarily win the game.

It is a game where you need to have patience, you cannot master it quickly. You can read all the articles online on "how be a better R6S player" and watch all the videos tagged "Ace with Ash in 15 seconds", but you won't learn the actual gameplay style unless you play the game and see the various methods of approaching the rounds.

Getting spawnpeeked is part of the game. You'll get spawnpeeked at first then you'll know the spawnpeek spots and you'll know how to avoid getting killed in 3 seconds. Or you'll kill the spawnpeeked with a perfect aimed prefire.

The maps are great, and only by playing them you'll know how to use the brechable surfaces to your advantage. The operators are numerous, the weapons have particular recoil. Don't worry, you'll learn the patterns in time.

The game itself is extremely rewarding and very very fun if you get to have the right mindset and play style.

Toxic teammates? Sure, you'll find some of those in your games, just like in any other game. But from my personal experience, i experienced toxic teammates so rarely that it didn't even bothered me. Most of the time I got really nice teammates.
Someone bothers you or is toxic? Cool, there's a mite button in the TAB menu, press it and you' re good to go. Is he team killing you? Not cool, but he can only do it 1 time. If he tk's you a second time, he gets banned.

In my opinion, it is a great game and I'm having a lot of fun playing it. You should try it, the feeling of winning a 1v3 or getting claymore kills on the guys who run out in this game is way much enjoyable than in any other game I played.

Good luck and have patience, you'll get rewarded in full with a great time spent in this game. And maybe a broken keyboard, it depends how angry you get at a 15 year old who headshots you with an iron sight from 75 meters.
