2025年現在でまだまだ開発中なので買っておいて損はないです。バグも少しありますが。

• キャラクターのアイコンから属性の説明が欲しい
  
• 会社の社員を雇うときに1つ1つではなく一覧で選びたい
  
• キャラクターと仲良くなったときにイベントが欲しい。例えば株式ブローカーと仲良くなったら株の情報、役員と仲良くなったら、職の斡旋など
  
• 他企業の株を15%以上所有した場合に経営権が欲しい。現状は、取締役になっても経営に参加できない。取締役会を開き、決議したい。

以上、挙げた点からすると発展途上の面が多くあるも、経営シミュレーション好きやお金に興味ある方ならば、私からは強くお勧めできます。
日本人としてこのようなゲームが海外から生まれることに驚きを隠せない。本当に感慨深いです。


もし開発者の方がこのレビューを見てくれるなら、私は以下のことを提案したいです。

1970年、著名なノーベル文学賞候補であった三島由紀夫は、クーデターを起こそうとして軍事基地内で自決しました。彼が作り出した組織は大きなムーブメントにはなりませんでしたが、その活動は現代の民間軍事会社のはしりでした。成功した資本家が究極的に目指すものの一つに私兵の存在があります。その意味ではナチスの突撃隊や作中に出てくる暴力団も私兵といえるでしょう。例えば、その私兵を使って、 土地の地上げをしたり、株主総会の妨害をしたり（いずれも80年代の日本で見られた地上げ屋や総会屋の仕事でした。）できるとプレイが楽しくなると思います。

1988年、戦後最大の贈収賄事件であるリクルート事件が発生しました。これは値上がりを見込んだ未公開株を使用した贈収賄で当時の日本政府の大きなスキャンダルでした。このような当時の世相の雰囲気を反映するため、 政治献金のシステムを導入するのはいかがでしょうか。 作中のインサイダー取引やのちに述べる粉飾決算を行ったとしても警察や検察が手心を加えてくれるようにしてくれると一層リアリティが増すと思われます。
また、作中には会社設立のコマンドがありますが、会社を設立すると同時に市場で株が取引されます。これはあり得ません。フィクションだとしても流石にナンセンスではないかと思っています。 会社を設立した後の株は、証券会社との取引を通じて上場した方がよりリアリティが増します。反対に自社株を100%保有した場合には市場で取引されなくなるようにするべきでしょう。

1995年、東京で凶悪な化学兵器テロ事件を引き起こした宗教団体は、10年前は極めて小さなヨガサークルに過ぎませんでした。彼らはバブル時代の潤沢な資金と世紀末思想によって飲食業や量産パーソナルコンピュータから化学兵器や自動小銃の生産まで手掛けていました。そのような宗教団体もあれば、献金の力によって政権与党と結びついた宗教団体もありました。恐らく暴力団とのつながりもあったでしょう。このように80年代の日本は新興宗教団体とは切って切れない関係にありました。そのため作中でも 宗教団体を作ったり （現実でも宗教団体への課税は限定的です）、宗教団体と結びつけるようなシステムがあると面白いかもしれません。

2005年、ある若い起業家が日本の民放テレビ局を買収しようと敵対的買収をしかけ、日本国内で大変な騒動になりました。これは親会社と子会社の資本関係のねじれを利用した買収でしたが、結果的には和解となり、その起業家は自身の会社が起こした粉飾決算で長期間服役することになりました。しかしながらこれには上流階級の意向が働いていると当時囁かれました。作中でもメディアはセリフとして登場しますが、 メディアも民間企業のため、買収できるようにしてほしいです。 （新聞・雑誌・テレビ局）
また、 インサイダー取引ができるのであれば、粉飾決算も可能にできるようにしてほしい。 日本では大衆に知られていないだけで今でも多くのインサイダー取引と粉飾決算があります。今でもです。80年代であればもっと多かったでしょう。

As a Japanese person, I am grateful that such a game started in Ukraine.
As of 2025, it is still under development, so there is no harm in buying it. There are a few bugs, though.

• Personally, I think the sound is great.
  
• Stock trading alone is boring, so it's good that there are various mini-games.
  
• It's good that the player character has characteristics.
  
• The PC9800-like graphics are also good. I was born in '95, and I think it's Japanese culture.
  
• It's good that you can buy stocks and participate in management and shareholder meetings.
  
• If you're Japanese, there are company names that make you chuckle, and historical events (I think there was a game about the Japan-US alliance on the PC9800).
  
• The developers probably know more about Japan at that time than Japanese people today.
  
• The fact that you can also short sell and trade commodities is just great.

• The secretary has a strong personality, so it would be nice to be able to dress her up.
  
• I want to expand the company to the level of several thousand people.
  
• I want an explanation of the attributes from the character icon.
  
• When hiring employees for the company, I want to choose from a list instead of one by one.
  
• I want events when I become friends with the characters. For example, if I become friends with a stockbroker, I can get stock information, and if I become friends with an executive, I can introduce a job.
  
• I want management rights if I own more than 15% of the stock of another company. Currently, even if I become a director, I cannot participate in management. I want to hold a board of directors meeting and make a resolution.

There are many aspects that are still in development from the points mentioned above, but if you like management simulations or are interested in money, I highly recommend it.
As a Japanese person, I can't hide my surprise that such a game was born overseas. It's really moving.

If developers are reading this review, I would like to suggest the following.

In 1970, Yukio Mishima, a famous candidate for the Nobel Prize in Literature, committed suicide inside a military base in an attempt to launch a coup d'état. The organization he created did not become a major movement, but its activities were the beginning of modern private military companies. One of the ultimate goals of successful capitalists is the existence of private soldiers. In that sense, the Nazi Sturmabteilung and the gangsters that appear in the work can also be considered private soldiers. For example, if you could use those private soldiers to speculate on land or disrupt shareholders' meetings (both of which were the jobs of land speculators and corporate racketeers seen in Japan in the 1980s), I think it would make the game more fun.

In 1988, the Recruit scandal, the largest bribery case since the war, occurred. This was a major scandal for the Japanese government at the time, involving bribery using unlisted stocks that were expected to rise in value. In order to reflect the social atmosphere of the time, how about introducing a political donation system? It would be even more realistic if the police and prosecutors were lenient even if there was insider trading in the story or window dressing, which I will discuss later.

Also, there is a command to establish a company in the story, but as soon as the company is established, the stocks are traded on the market. This is impossible. Even if it is fiction, I think it is nonsense. It would be more realistic if the stocks after the company is established were listed through transactions with a securities company. On the other hand, if a company holds 100% of its own stock, it should not be traded on the market.

The religious group that committed the heinous chemical weapon terrorist attack in Tokyo in 1995 was just a very small yoga circle 10 years ago. With the abundant funds of the bubble era and end-of-the-century ideology, they were involved in everything from the food and beverage industry and mass-produced personal computers to the production of chemical weapons and automatic rifles. Some religious groups were like that, while others were connected to the ruling party through the power of donations. They probably also had connections with organized crime. In this way, Japan in the 1980s had an inseparable relationship with new religious groups. Therefore, it would be interesting if there was a system in the work that created religiou
