pretty solid
>sexy graphics
>comes at cost of only 30-45 FPS but workable
>hot special buildings

not epic:
>doesnt have some of the super customization that 1 has through the DLCs (like designing your entire university, park, airports, etc)
>no stadiums! (only highschool has a sports field)

worth!
