I think it's fine to wear LBV with stoic.
There's no right answer, so use whichever you like best.

When the difficulty level is Death Sentence, the attack power of the most abundant mobs is 225.
If you use the anarchist perk, your armor is 205 with a suit, and 244 with LBV.
Therefore, when I use anarchist, I sometimes wear LBV.
