Mr. Kalvin is my landlord Irl, and he is a terrible person. The plumbing doesn't work after he finished "doing business", and he won't hire a plumber to fix it. Because of that, I need to buy bottled water, but he just drinks it all, saying "my house my rules bub". He says he is a "land chad" and i'm a "rentoid". When I confronted him about this he proceeded to tell me that it was just "an ancient Rome reference", and I was too much of a plebeian to get it, unlike "a patrician like him".
