While a little on the simple side in terms of fighting games, SvC is still a great time if you're looking for a little more casual fighting game experience. The 8-bit aesthetic and OST courtesy of the Neo Geo Pocket has a lot of charm to it. In terms of content, there's actually a surprising amount here, with several unlockable characters, several mini-games, and other extras. And there's even options for one-on-one matches, MvC style tag matches, and the traditional three member KOF style format. A hidden gem, to be sure.

Koei Tecmo returns with another spin-off follow up to a pre-existing series in the Warriors format. But rather than simply just being another Warriors-type venture, Persona 5 Strikers feels more like a full-fledged Persona game that happens to have the combat of a Warriors game. There are personas to fuse, access to the Velvet Room, and the classic SMT/Persona spells and weaknesses accounted for. Narratively, P5S is a follow up to Persona 5 and Royal (note: as of writing, have only played base P5, so I cannot comment on how well P5S jives with any changes introduced there), and the plot definitely feels like a true sequel rather than just a mere throwaway story. P5S maintains the flair and style of the original, and the combat is fun and flashy. Overall, a worthy successor to P5.

You know how it is. The classic card game but now you can match with people around the world in online play. Now you can get screwed over with skips and +2/Wild +4's with strangers.

This game is pure arcade fun with a high emphasis on Score Attack. The gameplay can get extremely fast and frantic, and is an absolute thrill. A wonderful evolution of the original arcade game's gameplay. The dark neon visuals are also pretty pleasing to the eye, and the OST has some nice pumping tunes to really draw you in during the high-speed sections.

Just pure, fun arcade action. If possible, try to mod in the original Offspring OST tho.

One of my favorite Sega games of all time. A funky cool aesthetic, soundtrack full of bangers, and pretty good controls for the most part, this gem needs to have more people enjoy it so that maybe JSRF can get a PC port someday.

The game lures you in with promises of cute demon girls, only for you to be faced with hellishly devious puzzles. 10/10 experience.

Smash Bros on PC, but with more mechanics that make it more appealing to the competitive crowd. Also, the workshop scene is hilarious as hell, and I love it
