On January 7, 2023, I bought 100 gold coins from the balance of steam wallet in the game, but now I haven't received them on February 8, 2023. I wrote two emails to customer service and didn't reply at all. It's really funny. Recharging is so bad that there is no way to refund, and it fell into the eyes of money.
