Then your friend is an idiot because the total cost of DLC is about a third of of what is on the store. Most items are listed multiple times and you're not supposed to hit "add all to cart" and buy. You're supposed to buy what makes the most sense to you: individual pieces or bundles. If you hit add all to cart and buy, you are buying the same thing multiple times over.

More likely I'm willing to bet you don't have a friend named Hector who committed that stupidity and just wanted to be "funny".
