Product received for free

Basic stuff that should be in the game is locked behind dlcs. I have no idea how this company still present in gaming industry with this kind of monetization.

:ontoagoodthing: Review is so Right!
ALSO - tying Achievement to DLC is a scummy move IMHO - Cheers

@Mechanos Stellaris is made by the same company, but yes there are some examples of similar practices (tropico comes to mind). Paradox updates their games years after release, and that labor ain't free (tho yes some things in their DLCs should really have been there from the start)

While I sympathize with you, this actually is pretty common practice. Sims series.. Stellaris to a lesser extent.. etc etc. These companies are still present, because enough people are paying the extra money, even if it's begrudgingly. Plus, there probably are times where devs legitimately have to sink extra cost into after-release additions, and want to get paid for it, even if we feel those additions should have been in the original release.

Agree. Unfortunately this (and numerous bugs never fixed) past few months have been the cemetery of this game, and for me, this company. Good job Paradox.
