That's amazing politics when in competitive game u have 0 skill required heroes like orisa, spamming junkrat, overbuffed torbjorn and symmetra, mercy with her braindead gameplay and unfair ability to fly around strangely jiggling and barely touching the ground, and ofcourse ability to revive... roughly picked out enemy to kill which your team wasted a lot resources can be ressurected with cooldown of only 12sec... so when you playing on supp, it is disadvantage for you and your team if you dont want to pick mercy, especially in overwatch 2 when it is 5v5 now, and every kill is more valuable
And on the other side we have very skill required heros which getting nerfed... reaper, cassidy, soldier, hanzo, widowmaker, doomfist and pity roadhog being unplayable since start of overwatch 2, they all got nerfed just to satisfy casual players
When skill-based heroes is not the meta, it is not healthy for the competitive game
How the hell you can transform your efforts into value and solo up your rank when you dont have in meta the heroes which will be very hard for casuals (widowmaker for example) but really op in hands of skilled gamer?
Also it is absolutely breaks the fun of playing the game on your favourite hero when anyone who have atleast 50iq can press H and pick dive against your widow (winston, dva, genji, sombra, tracer, kiriko), or take bastion and torbjorn which is meta and they can ignore you while focusing your tank and also even if you able to catch them of guard they have hp above your oneshot threshold
So you have two options, press H again and again just to win the game despite the fact you are not having fun, or keep playing same not-in-meta hero which on top of all got countered by pressing a single button (H) which is not hard at all...
