The game as a whole is good. It has nice gameplay mechanics and accurately portrays the everyday life of a 911 operator. But in terms of content inside of the game, your going to struggle to get over 8 hours. The game has 2 options, career and free play. Inside career, you also have 2 options: Unique stories which will have you play as a 911 operator, having to be involved in more *unique* situations such as extreme natural disasters. This mode won't portray the everyday life of a 911 operator, but will portray how a 911 operator would react and deal with these kinds of *unique* situations. Then you have daily routine. This mode is significantly more accurate than *unique* stories and portrays how a 911 operator goes through the ranks and as the 911 operator gets better at their job, (being able to send emergency services quicker, being able to manage your team in a more effective way etc) and proceeds to move to larger cities within the US . One you complete these 2 modes and the career mode as a whole, the only thing left for you is free play. Where you can pick ANY city in the world (probably except for North Korea) and be located there as a 911 operator. Obviously, only the US has 911 as the emergency services number, but other than that and the American accents for every place, it's a nice addition to the game. Being able to play in your hometown as a 911 operator is very pleasing and when a street is called out which you know, can be a moment of *OH I KNOW THIS PLACE OMFG*. Other than these 2 modes, there isn't anything left. And this is where the community workshop comes in. Many people have made their own situations and calls which can be downloaded, and you can be a 911 operator to. There are many of these and many of them are really cool.

Before you go on duty, (proceed with your daily activities as a 911 operator) you can manage the team in your city. There will be a designated amount of people in specific departments and in those departments, will be vehicles. You can place members of the departments in specific vehicles and can assign one person to accually drive the vehicle. The better driver, the quicker and more efficiently the person will get to the situation. And also, every person can be assigned an item. So someone in the police department may have body armor and a semi-automatic rifle, whereas their teammate might has a pistol and a first aid kit. Assigning specific items to department memebers can help the situation be completed quicker and give you te ability to get to situations quicker.

Overall, the game is good. Maybe it lacks in gameplay and the amount of content it has, but if you're willing to play a game here and there when you're bored, it's a good game.
