As luck would have it, when there are only two survivor left that you couldnt get, your PC crashes!
It may not be your problem that he got in your sprint, but youre part of the problem in DBD community. Okay, we got one, what about the other poor soul? Did he get in your way too? My other friend got downed on purpose so that he wouldnt die, but you continued to tunneling him anyway. Stop trying to make lame excuses and actually get better.
