Game has countless issues. Half of them bugs and the other, just the older heroes really not being updated to keep up with the newer cash grab DLC ones they toss out every now and again, Honestly, just play them once you get them, there's no shame in it at this point. Battle pass is kinda iffy, don't get it unless you just have all the free time in the world, and are planning to sink a week straight into grinding matches. Even then, new weapon skins are pretty much the only worthwhile part of it. Despite it's flaws however, playing this game is a roller coaster. Your highs dwarf the tallest peaks, and your lows truly feel as if you found yourself genuinely deeper down then rock bottom. One minute you can be carrying the team, the next you're breaking because, for some reason, everyone decided that pressing the advantage just isn't worth it and they'll hideout at A and let you handle that 1v4. After countless hours, once you learn how to feint, parry, and those sick combos you've seen everyone else do with your main, You'll learn that it's all just pointlessly flashy. Just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ light spam like a man. Everyone does it and for a good reason, it works. So in summery, if you like having your ♥♥♥♥ smashed by a rock, games for you.

Good game, have a exactly 1255 hours and 23 mins as of September 12th on my Xbox copy. Good for casual play with a interesting story, if you're competitive or want to 100% then you have to get involved in FOB shenanigans. MGO3 is pretty fun, I play it with a homie quite regularly, there is a few cheaters but you can always just bounce from a match without penalty if you get tossed in with them. Story of old games is pretty much covered in cassette tapes you get through out the game giving you a general gist of Venom's past, so pretty newbie friendly. Again good game, I'd recommend get Definitive Edition when on sale or just the regular if you don't want the fancy cosmetics DLC.
