Great game. Caught me by surprise. The videos I watched before buying it looked fun, but the depth and mechanics I've discovered in my time playing it was not expected. An absolute blast with friends and the experience runs the gamut from tear-inducing hilarity to stroke-inducing stress as you work your way through the hordes to accomplish your objectives.

Glad to see Sony backed off of their PSN account requirement. It's unfortunate this developer is saddled with them right now. Hopefully they can break free in the future.

Innovative? This is tired, uninspired tedium that is has convinced me that the studio that was once one of my favorites is dead and gone. Played everything since Morrowind except Fallout 76 and ESO and the studio has been on the decline for a while now.

The gameplay mechanics in Starfield are dull and not even on par with games from 10 years ago. Exploration is a joke and not worthy of the name. It's just clicking menus and load screens. When you get planet-side, you're in a small fishbowl with repetitive POIs. Even flying your ship isn't really flying. Choices are non-existent. I was on a mission where really evil characters wanted me to destroy a group of people or trick them into slavery. I chose to kill the evil bastards instead, but you can't. You have some control of what order you get on the tracks, but the game is basically on rails.

I can go on and on, but I've already wasted too much time and money on this garbage game. At least I don't have to worry about spending my money on Elder Scrolls 6.

Gunplay is great. AI is really good. Scenarios and locations are fairly limited but they never play the same way twice. Have had a lot of pleasant surprises just in day one of playing.

After years and many hours of DayZ and various survival mods in Arma, my expectations for this game were really high but I was leery of another developer making great claims and promises without following through. After a few days of playing SCUM, I can comfortably say this team has put together a game that has FAR exceeded my expectations and their quick response to bugs and issues with hackers gives me confidence that this is going to be a good ride for years to come. 5 out of 5 as far as I'm concerned. Just make sure you guys give us helicopters and support for HOTAS and TrackIR in the future.
