Kenshi - a game that has no equals, or even if they exist, they pale in comparison to Kenshi. The phrase "You forge your own destiny," which all developers of recent "masterpieces" try to instill in us, fits perfectly here. There is no clear plot, no friendly NPCs to tell you where to go and what to bring back, or how many wolves to kill and bring their fangs. You are not a chosen immortal hero summoned to this world to defeat the demon king (familiar story?), here you are just a mortal who can die of hunger, fall into slavery, be killed by some vagabond, lose a limb or all at once. And if you manage to rise up, you can wipe out entire factions from the face of the game world. This is where you truly shape your destiny and are limited only by your imagination. The game offers a unique gameplay experience, blending strategy and survival at the highest level! It was shocking for me to learn that this masterpiece was created by one person! This person deserves a monument! He continues to develop the game without squeezing money from players by adding endless DLCs. The author decided not to limit players in terms of content and implemented a modding system in the game, allowing players to create their own mods and share them in the workshop. The community also surprises with truly amazing mods that enrich the game with additional content!

Unfortunately, the game does not have an online mode, which deters many players. Initially, I was also skeptical about Kenshi and thought it wasn't worth the money (I'm ashamed of those past thoughts), but let's be honest, creating an online game with such extensive content and well-thought-out mechanics is very difficult, if possible at all! Especially single-handedly! The author has put in titanic work and continues to work on his creation, deserving respect and praise!
