@Apollo: i just read your comments on Wu_king mod, same as mine, there is always a duplicate of Zhuge_Liang in my saves, most of the time, he will spawn in the faction who control a certain middle province, the one on the right side of Ba Province, around year 202. Also the Qiao sister never appear in my game either.

@Apollo: Hi bro, I havenot played 3K for about 2 weeks, my last save was Liu Bei, Jiang Wei did join my game around year 214 ++, Fei Yi and Jiang Wan also join around 216 ++ if i remember correctly. It did happen to my game on both Rise of Warlords and A World Betrayed. You may want to look to other mods which may affect the events stuffs.
