The land of America has been scourged by Tartarus' flame. Within the arid lands of the West lies a shining jewel visible from every orientation, untouched by the rain of fire. Within it, an overlord in his tower ruling the Metropolis of Vegas with his metal army.

From the East approached, with a flag of the Bull in hand, a colossal slaver army. Their Caesar, conqueror of 86 tribes, marches his army towards an Old-World wall, one laid eyes upon by the East for the first time 5 years ago and fought over 3 years after, seeking his victory by a second battle soon.

From the Western coast to the Old-World wall spans the reach of the New California Republic, bearing the flag of the Two-Headed-Bear, who forces its rule upon the lands surrounding Vegas. They are driven by old world values of “Democracy” and “Freedom”.. Or so they say.
