Capcom has revisited its less customer-friendly business tactics from five years ago by integrating Enigma DRM into Street Fighter V. This decision has severely impacted the game's performance and player experience. Not only does it hinder the ability to use modifications that improve matchmaking, but it also significantly affects the game's performance consistency. For a game where a constant 60 FPS is crucial for smooth gameplay, this is a major setback. Additionally, the DRM disrupts the functionality of benign mods, such as costume modifications.

It's dissapointing and disgusting to see that the superior versions of Capcom's games appear to be the unauthorized ones (pirate version) without the Enigma DRM, which do not suffer from these performance issues and retain mod support. This approach feels like a direct affront to loyal customers.
