Game is really good. Only complaint is the game is very laggy and has spikes for me even when my settings are lowest. Maybe the game wasn't optimized the best? But I like it! I am impressed.

Its ok but I want to see some blood and nudity.. Its a EMERGENCY service simulator. WE need gore and realistic stuff.

Who cares about kids playing it, make it a togglable setting.

Graphics suck and the game is sorta incomplete.
