My name is Darvin Ham. I've been working as a primary coach in Lakers for 2 years, before that I was being an assistant coach on several teams such as Bucks, Hawks. As of today, I realize that I am not capable of fulfilling the duty in my team as a coach so that I am out. The board comes to me for a favor, a suggestions for my replacer.
