Finished it in one sitting without breaks.
Apart from a few bugs there is nothing bad about it. Great game.

It runs well and combat is fun. The voice acting is honestly some of the best I've ever heard (Especially with the protagonist) and the game is beautiful visually imo, both the world and the characters themselves.
That about sums up the good.

The story is not interesting at all so far and choices seem to have little to no effect. This game is also full of woke garbage that I personally find extremely annoying.
Not a single character managed to catch my interest so far and the dialogue is LONG and boring.

Honestly if there was some sort of arena mode or a way to just skip all the dialogue without spamming B this would have been a 10/10

If you liked anything at all about the original game dont buy this game.

execution is terrible.

Unlocked a new weapon. Didn't get to use it. Should be an arrestable offense.

A little overpriced but the gameplay is very fluid and addictive.
Could really use an endless mode or something similar.

This game needs a complete redo of the combat system.
I really wanted to like this game but the combat just feels so bland and boring its unplayable.
There is no feedback especially in melee combat, the flow is unresponsive and slow as you cannot animation cancel anything and your actions just execute in the order you pressed them, one after the other, which is awful.

They toned down a lot of the already mediocre feats/ class features etc which makes combat feel very dull and repetitive (even on tactician).
The rp has a very good feel to it and the story is also good so far.
But this game offers very little when it comes to making interesting character builds. both the divinity original sin games and even solasta are all much better at that not to mention the pathfinder games which make this game look like a demo (and not a great one).
Its clear the devs cared very little about making combat fun and focused on pretty much everything else.
Worth on a good sale.

mythic system is steaming hot garbage especially when compared to the original one from the tabletop (which was already not great).
still has tons of bugs (nothing that makes the game unplayable though).

that about sums up the bad the rest is 10/10

they changed things like subclasses and feats for some reason (subclasses matter a lot less and feats are nerfed)
good combat system
boring story
no multiclass unfortunately
