+ beautiful, cartoony artstyle
+ tight mechanics
+ excellent number of secrets and collectibles
+ true Metroidvania dispersion of skills and access to areas
+ a surprisingly good plot for such a serious topic
+ massive selection of chips/gun mods to mix and match
+ cosmetics you can earn in-game by exploration

Mid:
+/- platforming can be hit or miss with ledges
+/- some boss attacks aren't super well telegraphed and can lead to frustration
+/- the opening monologue feels less serious/humorous for the rest of the game (not a deal-breaker tho!)

Cons:
- some sections require *very* tight platforming skills and timing; if you don't have a quick hand on you, you will absolutely struggle with later areas
