The game is great. Everyone freaking out about "censorship" is blowing it WAY out of proportion. I can't wait for 1 and 2 to come out so I can play those game too.

It ain't the disaster that was 76 lol. All in all though it's not a bad game. The cursor gets a little wonky in the menus and there are no achievements, but it is what it is. It's a Fallout game. Either you love the franchise or you don't.

It has a very interesting story if you're into Japanese lore/mythology. Normal difficulty is perfect for me, as it allows me to experience the story without fear of constant death, but there are higher difficulties for those that like the challenge. It is a collect-athon game but it's done in a way that has me engaged and more focused on finding the spirits than progressing the story, and I love it.

If you're looking for a casual game with hours of engagement then this is the game for you my friend.

This game is nothing but a walking simulator. I spend about 3/4 of actual game time just running from one part of the map to another. Making you start out with iron sights on such vast maps is another cruel joke in and of itself. There's also an inexcusable amount of basic Battlefield features that are missing like persistent lobbies for one.

This game was released in an alpha state in my opinion. However, that seems to be the norm these days. Just release the game and patch the hell out of it later. It's sad really.

Yeah I know it's a beta and it's not meant to be a polished game at this point but with the release less than 10 days away there isn't enough time to fix what's wrong with this game. They need at least another month if not 3 or 4. This is The Division all over again. I really wanted to like this game but I was bored with it after only 20 minutes so I'll pass.

Finally came back to check out patch 1.4 after months of not playing....nothing has changed. Spawned in the Dark Zone and literally within 10 minutes I was right in the middle of extracting decent loot when a group of griefers came along and pushed my ♥♥♥♥ in. Not only am I done playing this game but I'm deleting it and permanently removing it from my Steam library. If I had a physical copy I would both ♥♥♥♥ and piss on it before lighting it on fire and then blow it up with enough force to scatter every piece of it to the four corners of the Earth. I would gladly slam my ♥♥♥♥ in a car door if I could get half of the time that I wasted on this p.o.s. game back. If I wasn't an athiest I would pray to whatever higher power that The Wildlands does not turn out anything remotely close to this turd. Luckily Massive Entertainment has nothing to do with that one so it should turn out alright.

TLDR: Would not recommend :/

Thank God I bought this on sale because I have not been able to play it once. No matter whether Social Club actually allows me to sign in or not, or I choose to play in single player only mode without signing in, the game simply does not load. And with GTA V freshly released I don't see Rockstar attempting to fix this issue any time soon. Save your money. Don't buy this.
