☘️Ingredients:
500g pork belly, cut into chunks
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 cup water
1/2 tsp whole peppercorn
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
1 heads garlic, crushed, skin on
1/2 tbsp vinegar
3 pcs small bay leaves
1/2 tsp magic sarap
☘️Instructions:
In a pan, combine pork, water and salt. Turn on heat to low setting and simmer for 45 minutes covered, or until the pork is tender.
After 45 minutes, add your seasonings,
the ground pepper, whole peppercorn, bay leaves, vinegar and magic sarap. Cover and cook for another 15 minutes or until the water has evaporated. Add the garlic and fry the pork until browned.
