ICO update is no bueno :(

Suppression needs to be dial back 25-50%

Weapon sway back to before ICO, promotes camping/stalemate

Movement speed back to before ICO, too slow to reposition

New sight system has lost its 'crispness' revert to before ICO
or improve the implementation
